Business: TR2 is a Cornish recruitment consultancy specialising in education, construction and engineering. The business has bloomed quickly from a single founder to a team of more than 20 and has moved to a bigger, multi-functional office space in Truro. The leap from a single desk and handset to a large office with breakout rooms and meeting spaces needed an agile, flexible communication system to keep up.
The Need: We were approached in the very early stages of the business being set up to talk through their immediate needs and future plans. Expecting quick growth, the management team wanted a system that could grow with them without costing the earth.
The Results: From a single VoIP handset for a one man band, TR2 rapidly grew to 6 then 12 employees before jumping to 20 and needing to find more space to fit them all in and the VoIP system went with them along the way. The fantastic thing about an internet based communications system is it is infinitely scalable for a fraction of the cost of traditional phone lines – to add a new user you need an internet connection and a handset and that’s it! TR2 have enjoyed this seamless growth as their business has taken off and we’re delight to continue to support them on that journey!
