The process of moving to us
We talk to you about any problems you've had and what you need.
A phone system should never be a one-size-fits-all solution which is why we’ll take the time to understand any issues you’ve had in the past, as well as what you’d like to achieve from your system.
We make the move as simple as possible for you.
Once we understand what you need we deliver it for you. We’re experts in phone systems so you don’t need to be. We understand that you can’t have long periods without phones which is why we’ll ensure the move is seamless.
How about set up costs and integration?
If you’ve already got VoIP handsets then we may be able to integrate these with our system so you don’t need to purchase new ones. This is something we’ll discuss with you during our initial conversations.
What happens when I have a problem?
Sometimes you’ll need to change something or you’ll not be sure how to do something. That’s completely normal and understandable. If and when that happens you can speak to a member of our team who may well be able to do it remotely for you. You’ll never be told to watch an online video!
